Customarily on Memorial Day, tributes are presented to our Veterans and current, Servicemen and Woman. On this special upcoming Holiday, Stillwater will pay tribute to your family and friends who have served or are serving in the Armed Forces on our Website Stillwatercoa.com

Stillwater Community Highlights
January 2012: 7-8 pm Stillwater HOA Board Meeting at Ballantyne Earthfare.
February 2012: Contact your insurance agent to update your HO3 Insurance Policy. Homeowners must submit a copy of their insurance policy yearly listing Stillwater as an additional insured but NOT AS AN INTERESTED PARTY. This action protects the community by preventing any unit from remaining damaged due to lack of insurance coverage. Refer to the CCRs.
March 2012: 4:30- 5:30 pm Stillwater HOA Board Meeting at Ballentyne Earthfare. Pool upgrades. Scheduled power washing.
Please take the survey on HO3 Insurance and refer to the CC&Rs.
April 2012: 7- 8 pm Stillwater HOA Board Meeting at the Stillwater Community Pool area. A Special Thank You to Lee Pinsky for donating a folding table for community events. Please give your feedback about the creation of a Community Garden. The POOL opens on April 30th, 2012.
May 2012: 4:30 - 5:30 pm Stillwater HOA Board Meeting at Ballantyne Earthfare Food Market (Community Room). There are two positions available on the HOA Board (Secretary & Member-At-Large). Come to the meeting to find out how you can serve our community. New board members were nominated and voted on.
June 2012: 4:30 - 5:30 pm Stillwater HOA Board Meeting at Ballantyne Earthfare Food Market (Community Room). Look for the new Stillwater lawn signs to remind residents of scheduled HOA meetings.
POWER WASHING is a priority this month.
