2012 Coming Events

The first open Stillwater HOA Board Meeting of the New Year will be held on January 10th, 2012. Residents are welcome to attend the 7:00 pm meeting at Earthfare Food Market in (Ballantyne) Charlotte, NC. Earthfare is located at 12235 N. Community House Road; Charlotte, NC 28277.

**This meeting has been postponed to a later date and time due to availability.  We will udpate soon with a new date and time**

Reminders for Stillwater Residents

All residents need to submit updated HO3 Insurance Policy information to Henderson Properties.

Residents can make a ONE-TIME eCheck payment for HOA dues on-line at https://www.smartstreet.com/payment.aspx

Auto Pay is an service available for all Stillwater Residents.  If you are interested in saving money on postage or no longer wish to receive payment booklets for dues, contact Henderson Properties.

The board welcomes a new Vice President (Mike McMillian) and Member At-Large (Patrick Smith).

Homeowners Insurance (HO3) Policies

A reminder to all homeowners, please submit the current copy of your HO-3 (homeowner's insurance) policy to Henderson Properties at your earliest convenience. Per the CC&R's of Stillwater, Article 8, Section 3, each owner shall procure and maintain fire and extended coverage insurance as follows:

"Each townhouse and improvements upon a Lot shall be insured in an amount equal to 100% insurable replacement value as determined annually by the Association...such coverage shall provide protection against...loss or damage by fire and other hazards...public liability insurance shall be secured by each Owner with limits of liability no less than $300,000.00...All such policies shall name the Association as one of the named insured's...and copies of said policies and renewals thereof shall be furnished to the association." Please remit your HO-3 policy to Henderson Properties via email (), mail, or fax (704.569.9669) at your earliest convenience. If you are unsure of your current coverage meeting the above specifications, please contact your insurance agency. Also, please ask your insurance agency to name "Stillwater COA" as an additional insured party so that we automatically receive renewal documentation each year.
